Hello, I hope everyone is adapting ok to the 'new normal' that is slowly happening around us and not going to crazy with this change in weather!
As you all know, I love all things arts and crafts and absolutely love Instagram and Pinterest for all the inspiring projects you come across. Whilst scrolling Instagram a few days ago, I came across @StartCreativeStudio where they are hosting the theme 'Alphabet with art' and featuring lots of fantastic guest bloggers. As it's such a great idea for a theme, I thought I'd share some of my favourites with you below! They have just completed the letter 'U' week and I can't wait to see what else they share.
Maybe this could be a great rainy day activity for you to do with the kids? Challenge your child to create something that begins with each letter from their name? (That will keep them busy for a few hours! )
Find below my favourites from their feed and please click here to visit their blog to find out how to make each one!
U is for Unicorn
All you need is a pine cone, paint and coloured paper!

E is for Elephant!
All you need is an egg carton, coloured card and a pipe cleaner!
You can't beat an egg carton craft! Click on the photo if you need help recreating yours!
S is for Sock Puppet!
Who doesn't have an odd sock hanging around?! Time to make a sock puppet!
All you need is some fabric offcuts and a needle and thread. Click the photo for more guidance.
R is for Robot!
Junk modelling is a classic rainy day activity. I'm sure there are lots of delivery boxes waiting to be created into robots? Click on the photo is you need help!
