Wedding childcare, nannies and babysitters

The right kind of childcare can make your wedding day the perfect day for you - and all of your guests, from grandparents right down to toddlers. Our bespoke wedding packages are a bit like pick and mix - you can choose exactly what you want, for YOUR big day. Here are just a few of the things we can make happen.

We can set up these amazing fun zones in your reception space, which can be themed in line with your wedding day or however you like! Space fanatics? Dinosaur buffs? No problem. You can be 100% sure that all the kids at your wedding will be safe, well looked after and entertained from dawn til dusk with fancy dress, treasure hunts, sports activities, crafts, slides, ride on cars and more in our little-person sanctuaries. Our pop-up creches also include:

 

  • changing (you just need to provide the nappies and wet wipes)

  • a kids table where kids can enjoy the wedding breakfast together

  • a sleepy area with mats, blankets, cosy cushions, movie time and quiet activities for when they’re all danced out but parents want to party on and just scoop them up on their way home

 

Our pop-up creches are staffed by nannies in line with Ofsted ratios. Or if you prefer, we can just set up a super cool kids zone for you and let the parents stay in charge. We pack it all up again at the end of your wedding and you’ll never know it was there ...

"Charlotte recently organised the children’s area at my wedding. We met several times prior to the wedding and Charlotte had some amazing ideas and Pinterest boards! She made age appropriate activity bags for each child and decorated the tables. She also set up an activity and craft table to keep the children entertained afterwards. The highlight was an amazing wedding cake piñata! I had found a picture of one on a wedding blog and she recreated it and filled it with sweets and treats for the kids. It looked fab and was so much fun! I couldn’t believe how wonderful it all looked when I walked into the reception! Charlotte is really lovely to work with and nothing was too much trouble throughout the process. She also provides childcare at weddings and events which we didn’t need on this occasion but I think would be a really good idea. Thanks again Charlotte you're a star 🌟"

Or you might want something similar to our pop-up creche, but in your main room so kids can dip in and out of the day and wow everyone with their dancefloor moves. We can either provide nannies to marshall the troops or just set up a super cool kids zone for you and let the parents stay in charge. We pack it all up again at the end of your wedding and you’ll never know it was there ...

 

Packs of fun

Sometimes, you might just want something to keep the peace during dinner and the speeches - our special wedding fun packs and exclusive kids-only tables are just the ticket. We can also provide a nanny to be in charge of feeding time at the zoo! Our personalised goody boxes are stuffed with things like bubbles, stickers, crayons, activity books and healthy snacks that kids love finding next to their namecard … we can even include extras like disposable cameras, so your little VIPs can help you capture the day in their own very unique way.

 

Little extras

Not sure if this all sounds like enough fun? We work with a real menagerie of people who can add a little extra something to your day. If you want a face painter, magician, juggler, mini photo booth, or ice cream truck or even a homemade pinata, just say the word and we can make it happen.

 

Babysitters

Our babysitters who look after little ones in the comfort of their own room are always snapped up by friends who want to stay on the dancefloor until the small hours. Just ask your guests beforehand if they’d like an in-room babysitter and we can provide as many as you need. If you’re not staying at the venue, our fully insured nannies can also drive your sleeping bunnies back to your accommodation and stay with them until you get back. We can also provide a daytime nanny to look after your children at your hotel and out and about in the local area, if it’s a ‘no kids’ wedding.
